Tennessee sales tax (9.25% combined: 7% state + 2.25% Hamilton County) is added on taxable line items per TN Department of Revenue requirements.
FAQ
Why monthly?
Websites aren't finished products. They need maintenance, updates, and ongoing optimization to stay fast, secure, and effective. From Standard up the monthly also covers your content and your reporting. The monthly model means we stay accountable to your results, not just to the launch date.
Who owns the blog posts you write?
You do. Everything we write for you is yours, and it stays on your site if you ever leave. We write it in your voice, and you approve every post before it publishes.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes, and most clients do. Start on Essentials, add what you need as you need it, and move up a plan when the business is ready. Your build carries over, so nothing is wasted.
What if I want to cancel?
After your minimum commitment period, cancel with 30 days notice. Early termination is the lesser of remaining months or three months of platform fees. You'll receive a full content export and a handover of every account we manage.
Do I own my website?
You own your content, copy, images, brand assets, domain, data, and all third-party accounts. We own the underlying code and platform infrastructure. If you leave, everything that belongs to you leaves with you.
What does the build payment structure look like?
50% at contract signing, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. This is spelled out in the contract before you commit to anything.
Do you work with businesses outside Chattanooga?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Chattanooga and Hamilton County, but we work with businesses across East Tennessee, the Nashville area, and nationally for services where location doesn't matter.
