How it works
Proposal & contract
You tell us your goals, we scope the project, and you get a line-item proposal before anything is signed.
Build payment structure
50% at signing, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. You never pay the full build fee up front.
Design & development
Tier 1 is 4–6 weeks. Tier 2 is 8–12 weeks. Tier 3 is 12–16 weeks. You review and approve at each stage.
Launch & handoff
We handle deployment and do a training session so your team knows how to manage content.

Do I own the website?
Yes. The design, code, and content are yours. We handle the technical operations, but you own the asset. If you leave, you take everything with you.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel after your minimum commitment period with 30 days' notice. You keep the site. We export your files, transfer your domain, and point everything wherever you want.
What if I need more support hours than my tier includes?
Additional hours are billed at $125/hr standard, $175/hr rush, or $200/hr after-hours. No work happens without your written approval. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
What platform do you build on?
We build on Next.js with a static export: pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript files with no server runtime. The result is extremely fast load times, near-zero attack surface, and no database to maintain.
How do content updates work after launch?
Minor updates (text, images, hours) are included in your monthly fee. Larger additions (new pages, integrations) are quoted at your hourly rate and require approval before work begins.
