The rules for using this site.
Short, because this covers the website. The agreement for actual work is a separate contract you will read and sign.
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of thethinkweb.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Important: these terms are not the agreement for our services. If you hire us, that relationship is governed by a separate written contract covering scope, fees, timelines, ownership and termination. Where the two ever disagree, the signed contract wins.
What this site is
An information and enquiry site. You can read about what we do, see what we charge, and contact us. There are no accounts, no logins and nothing to buy directly on this site.
About our published pricing
We publish our prices because we think you should know what something costs before getting on a call. Those prices are real and current, and they are what we charge for the scope described.
They are not a binding offer or a quote for your specific project. A project with genuinely different requirements gets a written proposal, and we explain why when the number differs. Prices may change; the prices that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
- Scrape or copy it systematically for a competing service
- Submit false information or use our forms to send spam
We may block access if any of the above happens. That is a practical measure, not a punishment, and you are welcome to email us if you think we got it wrong.
Who owns what
The design, code, text, images and branding on this site belong to Thinkweb, except where a third party is credited. Our name and logo are ours. You may link to any page freely and quote us with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own.
Anything you send us through a form stays yours. We use it only to respond to you, as set out in the privacy policy.
Case studies and results
Client results shown on this site are real and are attributed to the client they belong to. They describe what happened for that business in its market at that time. They are not a prediction, and nobody can promise a specific ranking, traffic figure or revenue outcome, ourselves included.
Third party links
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including our clients' sites and tools we use. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete and current at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Thinkweb is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation applies to the website itself. It does not limit anything in a signed services agreement, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Hamilton County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
